This vintage of Cab displays all the classic Red Mountain characteristics we love: a core of dark cherry flavors regularly found in Red Mountain fruit and firm tannins offering  age-ability and “grip” in the mouth feel.  Additionally, the 2007 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits timeless oak spice aromas revealed in wine aged on premium French barrels (80% new French oak for 22 months).

• 27% Ciel du Cheval Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
• 9% Red Mountain Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
• 9% Old Vine Kiona Merlot
• 9% Ciel du Cheval Vineyard Cabernet Franc
