This special Chef Dani Olive Oil Experience brings together beautifully crafted bites, premium Italian olive oil, and JM Cellars wines in a relaxed, social setting.

Guided by Chef Dani of The Picnic Table Italy, guests will enjoy a trio of chef-crafted bites infused with a premium olive oil grown and produced in Italy, each thoughtfully paired with a JM Cellars wine. 🍞🫒🍷

Our winemaker, John, will also be on hand to share stories and insights about the wines being poured and how they were crafted.

As you taste, Chef Dani will explain how high-quality olive oil enhances flavor, texture, and aroma, and how it beautifully complements both food and wine.

This is a deliciously interactive way to experience olive oil and wine together — perfect for food lovers, wine lovers, or anyone who enjoys discovering what makes simple ingredients truly special.

After the guided pairing, guests are invited to stay and enjoy JM Cellars’ standard tasting experience, explore additional wines, and shop Chef Dani’s olive oils to take home. 🛍️
