SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify that you and the recipient are at least 21 years of age. Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship to all 50 states, as select states prohibit the shipment of alcohol, by law. If we are unable to ship to your state, please contact us at email@example.com so we may work with you on an individual basis to identify an alternative shipping method.
Estimated Shipping Timeframe
JM Cellars ships via FedEx with receipt of wines between 1-5 days from the date the wines are shipped out from a FedEx location. The JM team typically packs your wines and takes them to a FedEx location for shipment within 1-3 days of order placement. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is dropped off at a FedEx location for shipment.

The JM team delivers as far SE as Issaquah, SW as West Seattle & North as Everett. Our team will communicate your estimated delivery date as well as text/call on the delivery date to ensure a safe & efficient receipt of your wines. Adult Signature Required
Please remember that shipment/delivery of ALL wine orders requires signature and ID verification from an adult at least 21 years of age. The FedEx driver will not leave the wines on your doorstep. It is often more convenient to ship to a business address if you will not be home to sign for your wines, please contact us at email@example.com to change your ‘ship to’ address.
To protect your wine purchase we may need to delay shipment to avoid extreme weather conditions (hot or cold). We will notify you if we are concerned about weather conditions and/or potential ship delays due to it.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee availability of all items. Although we strive to keep our webstore up to date, it is possible that we may run out of an item before it is removed from our site. If this occurs we will contact you to discuss substitution options.
JM Cellars guarantees the highest quality of our wines. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment and/or work with you to find a suitable replacement for the product. Please allow 5-7 days for a refund credit to appear on your account.
